Our modular home construction experience began in 1985 when we discovered true stick framed constructed modular homes.

Having been in the construction industry since 1974, we quickly recognized the advantages and superior quality over stickbuilt that was being produced in a controlled, never wet environment. 

Our 15 years of experience in Stick Framed Construction and Remodeling enabled us to ask the right questions when we began to build modular homes. Not all homes are the same and not all builders are the same. It’s simple, we don’t cut corners and we stand behind what we build! We’ve built over 450 modular homes for very happy satisfied families across Michigan!
